It starts along via Roma and via Europa in the direction of the A15 motorway following the Provincial Road n ° 31 until you arrive at km 6 in Ponte Teglia where you will turn right towards the town of Teglia.

At the entrance to the town you will turn right again and you will begin the climb to the Teglia cemetery which will take you to Oppilo after about 2.5 km of uphill on a dirt road. The route continues for another 2 km to the entrance to Provincial Road No. 36 which from Pontremoli climbs towards Arzelato.
Now cover about 1.5 km of asphalt always uphill before turning right again where a dirt road begins that will take you downhill to Torrano.

After crossing the village of Torrano, continue downhill towards Cavezzana Gordana following a dirt road and after less than 2 km you will arrive in Valunga, crossed by the Gordana stream. After crossing the bridge over the stream, turn left towards Vico, which you will reach after about 2 km.
At the beginning of this climb you will find signs for the Straits of Giaredo, the undisputed pearl of this area. The Straits of Giaredo are huge rocky blocks and vertical walls dug over the centuries by the flow of water from the Gordana stream. This stretch of river gorge, which can only be reached on foot, has been recognized as a Special Conservation Area (SAC). (For more information we recommend you visit www.sigeric.it – www.strettidigiaredo.org).

Resuming our route from Vico you will enter the Pineta Route and in a few minutes you will return to Pontremoli after cycling for 22.3 km.
