The route starts from the Selva di Filetto, in front of the oratory of San Genesio. The first part is shared with trail 21 (black) up to Orturano, where you turn left towards the village of Agnetta. From there continue, with ups and downs on asphalt and dirt road, to the locality of Vico Valle, a pretty village on the slopes of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
From Vico Valle begins a challenging climb on a track up to the slopes of Monte Bosta. From the summit begins a challenging descent first on a dirt road to the village of Biglio and then a sigletrack, with some very technical sections, until Mocrone and Filetto.
