Total distance: 22004 m

Starting at an altitude of 940m from the “Roberto Bellotti” picnic area (Prati di Logarghena – Municipality of Filattiera) where the bulletin board with all the trails is present, take a 7 km descent between oaks and chestnut trees which will lead to the village of Tarasco at 540m altitude.
After crossing the small hamlet and following the ancient Via del Volto Santo you reach the villages of Ceretoli and Arzengio (locality in the municipality of Pontremoli).
Continuing for 15 km (690slm) you will arrive at Passo Crocetta, an ancient and important crossroads. Here, while enjoying a beautiful view, it will be possible to stop for a break.
Now the most beautiful part of the ring begins: following the Via Francigena and immersed in the green environment through ancient cobblestones, fords and stone bridges, you will reach Toplecca, a small village divided in two areas.
From here you leave the ancient road for the last ascent; finally a dirt road with gentle slopes
will accompany you to the starting point offering breathtaking views over the valleys of
Pontremoli and Filattiera.
