Departure from the Pieve di Sorano in the direction of the towns of Filattiera, Gigliana and Biglio.
Continue until you reach the Madonnina di Bosta where you take the beautiful single-trek “vecchio Enry” that takes you down to Vignolo.
A stretch up to the Maestà del Martinello allows us to make a panoramic stop, after which, continue in the direction of Cavallana and Migliarina, taking advantage of the descents of the Oliveto and the Selva.
The last few kilometers now in the plains lead you to the Protected Area of the Magra River, making a wide loop and then returning to the Pieve di Sorano.
